The service manager insisted the car needed to stay at the dealership so they could work on it as soon as parts came in. On day 10, the repairs were started and day 11 the repairs were completed. My wife could have been driving the car days 1 -9 which had been some of the coldest weather this season. When the car was first brought in for diagnosis, I received a call from the service dept. After the path forward was decided, I had to call the service dept for updates. 1. Be more considerate of the customer's needs during a service project 2. Keep the customer informed along the way

Thank you for your feedback. Your safety is our highest priority, and because your Terrain was not safe to drive because the oil pan was leaking, we didn't want to risk further damage and felt it was in your best interest to leave it until parts arrived. We offered a loaner so you wouldn’t be without transportation, but you had another vehicle to drive. We appreciate your understanding and the chance to take care of this the right way. Your business truly means a lot to us.

I brought my SUV and Thursday late afternoon, due to some issues I was experiencing with the fans when my car was shut off. Anthony in the service department knew exactly what it was and that they would keep my car overnight in hopes to get to it on Friday they got it done on Friday and kept it over the weekend, as I was out of town. Glad my extended warranty covered the entire thing, which I was extremely happy for. Other reason why I bought the "extended warranty" with GMC. Thanks again everyone! :)

My truck had a shuddering in the steering wheel. It was intermittent but was becoming concerning. They recommended a transmission flush and that pretty much took care of the problem. I'm not sure if they changed the transmission filter though. Not sure if that is part of the process or not. But seems to drive fine now.

The service center experience was fine however I was VERY UNHAPPY with the fact that I had to use the service department especially after I just bought the vehicle less than a few weeks earlier from you guys. I hadn't even drove it more that twice and issues started to occur. After being told it was a solid vehicle, with low mileage, driven and cared for by a local elderly couple. I found out the passenger door did not open from the inside, a cable had broke, and the tire monitoring system engine light came on which ended up needing a part. I thought the car I bought had been checked out before you guys sold me the car but apparently not. I was then charged for labor and parts. We will not be back.

Rick Jensen is the best! He was super helpful and got me the Yukon my wife wanted. I have bought one car from Rick back in 2018 and he treated me well. Since then I bought 4 cars from Snell because of being more local, however that loyalty was not reciprocated I was just another number to them. Rick has sent me a birthday card since 2018 and when I went back he worked with me for 6+ months waiting for an allocation and finally got our sold order accepted.
