There is an ongoing issue with the intercooler on my terrain and Jensen will not fix it.And they just happen to tell me that why warranty expired 2000 g****** miles ago? And a lady came in with the exact same issue and she got denied fixing It also at G.M. cost I am going to sell my g m product and never buy another one and tell everyone I know what a crappy dealership they are

Disappointed that it took so long to get a part. More disappointed that this part was changed from a powertrain warranty to emissions warranty. Think that’s a scam for gm to get out of an obvious recurring issue. Gm should cover loaner vehicle in these instances. Equivalent vehicle to what we are without. Will think twice when purchasing my next vehicle. Have always been gm but this was terrible

Service was fast and efficient. The only issue was that when the car was finished there were dirt marks on the driver's seat that could have been wiped off before the car was returned. The interior is white and it was noticeable.

Well I think everything went good. However, the Saturday after the car totally died. I finally got it charged then I get notice critical alert I need to change my air filter. So when I get back to New Ulm (I am up at the lake and lucky someone had a battery charger). I will call and make an appointment, but they said they checked everything 🤷♀️. So I’m not sure what to say. I know I have always been happy with your service

Being 70 miles away I don’t get the chance to have service work done there often, but when I do I always leave with the confidence that they checked everything over and am leaving with a reliable vehicle. Everyone is always very nice and I am actually considering driving down there for my routine services. I feel like a lot more things will be checked and done as opposed to going to our local, small town service station who really only does the basic oil change. I feel like a lot of the other things that should be getting attention according to the miles on the vehicle never get looked at here until there is an issue. I’d like to better keep up with that to hopefully keep my vehicle running its best in the future😊. Thank you for all you do!

I and my family have purchased probably 15 to 18 vehicles from Jensens Motors in the past , but in the last few years the trade in value has always been about 2000. 00 less than other dealers . I still patronize your dealership for service . My 2022 3500 Denali had a water leak , probably from the running lights . I had it in for this problem over 6 months ago and you couldn’t find anything wet . Now I have the same problem ( probably factory defect ) and it’s not covered under the warranty . I did purchase the extended warranty long before this happened . Now you want me to take it to a body shop and have them find and repair the leak on my dime and then pay you for the part and labor . Why should I come back ? If we can’t resolve this problem , I can not recommend anyone else to patronize your dealership . I’ll trade it off somewhere else and you’ll miss out on anew truck sale . If I’m not important enough to take care of this problem , I will take my business somewhere else !! I did call G M C Corporation and told them about this problem . They said it’s up to the dealer . The ball is in your court ! Also , three months ago , I had a broken taillight , it cost me about 1000.00 and I could have gotten it for 300.00 . That did not leave me with a good taste in my mouth .

Over my last few visits I feel like I’ve been taken advantage of. I know the things I asked were clearly not done. It’s been 3 visits and several thousand dollars and my brakes are worse than they were last time. My total bill is in the 5 figures and I just really have the feeling and a little evidence that this could have been avoided and I should have purchased a new vehicle. I would have been better off if I bought a brand new car.

Jason and the crew did their part In my opinion to satisfy our needs. Unlike general motors, themselves with giving limited allocations on certain models of yukons... Jensen's kept us in communication as they were supposed to throughout the process.

The service manager insisted the car needed to stay at the dealership so they could work on it as soon as parts came in. On day 10, the repairs were started and day 11 the repairs were completed. My wife could have been driving the car days 1 -9 which had been some of the coldest weather this season. When the car was first brought in for diagnosis, I received a call from the service dept. After the path forward was decided, I had to call the service dept for updates. 1. Be more considerate of the customer's needs during a service project 2. Keep the customer informed along the way

Thank you for your feedback. Your safety is our highest priority, and because your Terrain was not safe to drive because the oil pan was leaking, we didn't want to risk further damage and felt it was in your best interest to leave it until parts arrived. We offered a loaner so you wouldn’t be without transportation, but you had another vehicle to drive. We appreciate your understanding and the chance to take care of this the right way. Your business truly means a lot to us.
